Exchange is possible only if the product:

• Is in its original condition

• Has not been used

• Shows no signs of damage

And is accompanied by:

• Branded packaging

• Original tag (unremoved)

• Proof of purchase

The warranty does not cover:

• Mechanically damaged jewelry

• Damage to stones (including diamonds)

• Color changes or rhodium plating damage caused by improper care or use

Items must be exchanged at the same showroom where the purchase was made.

For online orders, exchanges must be processed through Felino Milano's central office.
